After launching a campaign, you can manage contacts — view their status, add new contacts, or remove contacts from the queue.

Location

Deploy → Campaigns → [Your Campaign] → Contacts

Contact Statuses

Each contact in a campaign has a status:

PendingNot yet called
In ProgressCurrently being called
CompletedSuccessfully reached
FailedCould not connect
VoicemailLeft voicemail
No AnswerNo answer after retries
SkippedManually skipped

Viewing Contacts

NEEDS PLATFORM INFO: Contact list interface The contact list shows:

OutcomeFinal disposition

Adding Contacts

During a campaign, you can add more contacts:
  1. Navigate to campaign contacts
  2. Click “Add Contacts”
  3. Upload file or select from Audience
  4. New contacts enter the queue

Removing Contacts

To remove contacts from the queue:
  1. Find the contact(s)
  2. Select them
  3. Click “Remove” or “Skip”
Removed contacts won’t be called.

Retrying Failed Contacts

For contacts that failed:
  1. Filter by “Failed” status
  2. Review failure reasons
  3. Select contacts to retry
  4. Click “Retry”
They re-enter the queue.

Exporting Results

After campaign completion:
  1. Go to campaign contacts
  2. Click “Export”
  3. Download CSV with all contact data and outcomes
Use for follow-up or analysis.
