Location
Deploy → Campaigns → [Your Campaign] → ContactsContact Statuses
Each contact in a campaign has a status:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Not yet called |
| In Progress | Currently being called |
| Completed | Successfully reached |
| Failed | Could not connect |
| Voicemail | Left voicemail |
| No Answer | No answer after retries |
| Skipped | Manually skipped |
Viewing Contacts
→ NEEDS PLATFORM INFO: Contact list interface The contact list shows:| Column | Description |

| Phone | Contact phone number |
| Name | Contact name (if provided) |
| Status | Current call status |
| Attempts | Number of call attempts |
| Last Attempt | When last called |
| Outcome | Final disposition |
Adding Contacts
During a campaign, you can add more contacts:- Navigate to campaign contacts
- Click “Add Contacts”
- Upload file or select from Audience
- New contacts enter the queue
Removing Contacts
To remove contacts from the queue:- Find the contact(s)
- Select them
- Click “Remove” or “Skip”
Retrying Failed Contacts
For contacts that failed:- Filter by “Failed” status
- Review failure reasons
- Select contacts to retry
- Click “Retry”
Exporting Results
After campaign completion:- Go to campaign contacts
- Click “Export”
- Download CSV with all contact data and outcomes
